Hi, I’m Sara. 

I’m a strategic thought partner and co-creator for coaches and thought leaders. I help shape your big ideas and work them into clear messaging, content, and programs. 

My clients call me their second brain and say listening is my superpower. I help you get clarity about the direction you want to take — and then help you map the path and get the work done. 

People often come to me thinking they need help writing for their business. Often we discover what’s actually getting in the way — a new identity they’ve lived with but not put into words, an emotional block about sharing certain writing, the decions they need to make, or ideas that are still a little fuzzy. 

Once we’ve done that, the words usually come a lot more easily. I help people find their truth and get out of their own way — and I help with the actual words too. 

I love long-term collaborations (connection and community are top values for me). I also love how much we can get done if we focus together for a hour. Whether you need to get one page done or want to turn your big ideas into a course or regular content, I can help. 

When not working with clients, I write at write • nourish • grow on Substack, create zines, play in the garden, and lift heavy sh*t at the gym.
